This is the method used in Honey Select 2. With this method Mods are installed in different files and folders from the original game, making easy to troubleshooting and mods management overall. It also leads to ID conflicts making harder assets management. This approach is likely to introduce errors and if any mod breaks your game it’s hard to seek the problem and its more likely that you'll need to reinstall everything again.
